Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable once your personalized report creation process has started.

Before placing your order, please make sure that all birth information provided is accurate, including:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Birth time (if available)
  • Birth location

If you entered incorrect information, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. We will do our best to assist you.

Delivery Issues

Your personalized BaZi Blueprint™ report is delivered digitally via email.

If you do not receive your report within the stated delivery time, please contact our support team at:

We will investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Technical errors preventing delivery
  • Other circumstances determined by Luma Insights
